They proposed a series of measures to help save us money and keep our system healthy longer term, and didn't just jump to selling a new system. The area was left cleaner and more level than when they began, our system works perfectly, and they even helped patch up an ugly and shoddy rain drainage system. "I had my first dealing with Central Mass tree a few days ago when I purchased four chords of "seasoned" firewood. The wood is far from seasoned in fact it might as well have been cut last week. 45% moisture content, not even suitable for this season. When I call the office and spoke to Christine she said she'd look into it. Of course there was no reply so I called back eventually ending up with Randy, the owner. This is one effed up guy. I don't know if he's on drugs or drinking but he couldn't even field a basic question without resorting to screaming and threatening me. He claims 45% moisture content constitutes seasoned wood which of course is nonsense. Pay attention to the online reviews for this place and steer well clear. There's something majorly wrong with him and the way he conducts business."
