"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things.
