They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. We purchased a glue remover that worked very well. Rob came back to make a repair. I told him about the product and he said he knew about it but he didn't have it. I was to supply the materials and he was to install the floor. All he had to do was ask and I would have purchased it. So I had to clean all of the floors. Otherwise I am very satisfied."
