"Jose completed the electrical panel modification to connect my portable generator. His work was professional and of excellent quality. I would recommend Jose for any electrical work."

"My technician Brian was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge in a very easy to understand manner. He offered me suggestions for my concerns without trying to offer me products or services that were not needed. We had them upgrade our electrical panel to allow our generator to power our home. Brian not only showed us the process, he helped me to put my generator together and get started. A true professional and we will be calling him back out to install our EV Charger when the time comes. Highly recommend!!"

"GenPro installed a Home Generator for us. Andrew Spitzmueller and his team were dependable and reliable. Did what they said they would do. When they encountered roadblocks with sub-contractors and permit inspectors, they worked diligently to resolve the situation. They are honest and trustworthy people. Highly recommend them."

"I was able to schedule the repair right away the day I called. When the tech arrived, he identified the problem quickly and was finished in about 45 minutes. The company was closely in contact with me about when the tech would arrive."

"I felt it was a inappropriate to quote for an installed turn key generator and then charge me and extra $120 for the generator's battery right at the end as an adder."

"They were punctual and very professional. They diagnosed the problem and followed safety procedures. Repaired my builder grade switches with commercial grade leviton switches and properly grounded them. Excellent workmanship. Not the cheapest."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to educate me on how my new generator operates. With the recent power outages we have had his workmanship has proved itself as there has been zero issues with my generator automatically turning on and keeping my house going."

"A1 is my primary electrical service company from this day forward. My underground cable from street to my meter lost a leg of power. We had partial power and that meant no AC.I switched to generator with a transfer panel which ran 10 circuits only. I setup 3 electric repair companies to come out ASAP for estimates. A1 was the first to show up , same day. The estimator , Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he saw as needing to be done .My house panel was an old Federated panel and he informed me it had to be replaced/relocated due to code and suggested upgrade my service to 150. I was not happy to hear, but the next 2 companies that showed up said the same thing. Ricardo was very quick with his estimate as well as answered all my calls even after he left. The appointment was made for Monday morning and we had power restored that night. The inspector said they did a great install."
