He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. I was justifiably skeptical but trusted him to do the work. Carlos completed the job in 1 and 1/2 days; he was clean and quiet, protected everything from the dust and cleaned up when he was done. "Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had.
