"My bathroom was in bad shape and needed to be gutted. When I called Nessim Renovations Eric was quick to respond and very informative about what needed to happen. Manny and his crew came to do the work. They were very respectful ,detailed oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Manny communicated with me throughout the process so I got both what was needed and what I wanted. Very happy with the outcome. Great job, I love my new bathroom. Thank you so much."

"From the start it didn't seem like they had much experience with concrete work. They busted up the old slab and took most of it out but then left a lot in there to fill the hole instead of putting Stone in it. They asked me if I wanted a smooth finish or a brush finish. I said a brush finish. The brush finished they left on there was so heavy it's just real rough. And after it's settled and dried we noticed that as it rained it puddled in areas because it had slight bellies. And they said they were going to pour a 4-in slab. That did not happen because the amount of concrete we got was not enough to do a 4 inch slab. When I called them about this to let them know what was going on with it they said it was fine when we left and you were happy with it. But it settled more after they left. And when I asked them to come back out and check it they said they were busy and couldn't for some time. So they got their pay and we're happy with that. Not that the customer was happy."

The job took place over two days, and I was impressed both times with the crew. They started first thing in the morning, were respectful of my home, were very kind, and cleaned up SO well. They took care in picking the best pieces of wood during install, and asking if they had any concerns about a piece. They ensured two different sections of the ceiling were aligned, and it looked impeccable. I am very happy with my experience, and hope to use them in the future again!"
