"This is the second time we have hired Ultimate Fence for our fencing needs. The first time was about a year ago after we bought our first home and the fence was in need of repair/replacement. They did such a great job that when another part of the fence got damaged we called on Wes and his crew again for help. He came out quickly and gave us a couple options within our budget. His staff is great. Janice is a great office manager. She is always polite and responsive and communicates with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. His crew is also polite, courteous and hard working. They had the 1st job done super quick. The second job was also done swiftly. The only holdup to having the jobs done sooner was the rain. But Janice is great at scheduling the jobs and lets you know if there is a weather delay. We will definitely call upon ultimate fence again for any of our future needs and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

Rottweiler who was spending Christmas with us. David assured me the fence would be completed by then and it was. The fence looks great. "I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"I went with them because they were the lowest of 3 quotes. The salesman was pretty good; however, I was dissatisfied with the installers. They smoked while working on my property, which is incredibly unprofessional. They buried the fence so deep that many of the bottoms of the pickets are in the dirt or grass. It is very difficult to mow near the fence! Since they are the fence "experts", I feel they should have placed the fence at the appropriate height, for several reasons. They also installed the fence inches to centimeters from several tree branches which will grow. I already had to cut one tree down and several branches back. To me, this shows a lack of anticipating things that likely occur on a regular basis for them. Again, they should be prepared for these things if this is what they do for a living. They also initially installed posts that could not withstand the weight of my 12 foot gate and placed them unlevel from one another. I noticed this myself and question it. Had I not done so they would have just left their sloppy work. Lastly, the aluminum is so thin/flexible that my dog was able to force his body through until just recently, now that he is over 55 pounds."
