"Recently I purchased a new home in a neigborhood swarming with wildlife. After erecting a bird feeder, I became hooked on bird watching and knew it was time to redo my front bed to attract more birds, butterlifes and bees. So I turned to Master Gardner, horticulturist and arborist, Dan Fendley of Plant it Forward LLC. I hit the jack pot. His knowledge of plants native to our area that would be perfect for attracting nautre all year-round is astounding. Not only will these pollinators atrract all sorts of wildfile, but they will also provide color in the garden throughout all the seasons. And, his design, is so beautiful. Workign with Dan Fendley is a dream come our. His work is the envy of all my neighbors."

"My irrigation system had not been services in some time. When a hose burst I started looking for a reputable company to call. I found Bakers in the yellow pages then signed on to Angie's list to get the scoop. My phone call was answered in a polite and professional manner. Although they were not able to come that day they did promise to contact me the following week for an appointment. They also offered to refer me to another company if I had an emergency. The following week I was contacted as promises. An appointment date and time was scheduled On the appointment date I received a confirmation call from them. They arrived at the scheduled time. They checked the entire system and made all necessary repairs I was extremely pleased with this company and would use them again. <br />"

"Marc Bell and his team were very professional, courteous and willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job in an outstanding manner to both the company and us. From the first encounter when Marc came to estimate the job to the finished product, this company couldn’t do enough to ensure we were satisfied. They designed and constructed a walkway lined with steel edging and filled with limestone, interspersed with large flagstone steppingstones. Under the walkway, they placed a catch basin drain and piping to channel any water runoff away from the walkway. Sod and pine straw were also professionally installed."

"We hired Travis because of his creativity and knowledge of pavers. I wasn't sure what we wanted, but Travis' suggestions were spot on and turned out to be beautiful. He was not the least expensive, but definitely worth it! We will be having him build a porch over the new patio...again, his suggestions were classy and perfect. The workers that did the actual install were very respectful and hard working. Just don't be in a hurry with paver install......the rain can delay."

"When I called for a quote, they were very responsive (thanks Boo) and professional. The job required a crane and there is limited access to our property. He thoroughly explained where the crane would have to be located and possible impacts to the area. Their quote was the best of the four we got. We agreed on a date/time. They arrived promptly and completed the job in about four hours. They left the area very clean and ended up having very minimal impact on the ground from their crane and trucks. No ruts in the yard or marks from the support pads of the crane like we have had from other services in the past. They even picked up some other limbs from surrounding area that were on the ground that were not from the trees they removed. I recommend them without any reservations and have already gotten another quote to remove some additional trees."

"Super impressed with every aspect of working with this company. They are excellent communicators and they completed the repairs quickly after providing the estimate. I checked with 2 other companies before choosing them and their quote was similar to the other companies and their customer service and communication was far better and that’s why we chose them. They did a great job on the repairs. This is who we will use for all of our fencing and deck needs in the future."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Monticello, FL

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
