"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. "The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5. The only reason there wasnâ t a perfect score was for pricing, but good work isnâ t cheap, and cheap work isnâ t normally good. . I would hire Done Right roofing and repair again."

They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."
