"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

"Sent request through Angies list and got a prompt reply. Steve was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided a quote and design for 3 closets and we ended up going with 2. Decided to not proceed with the 3rd closet because my vision for it wasn't clear. The installers were also prompt, friendly and efficient. While it is a lot of money, the bottom line is I don't have the time to do this, nor do I have the experience to do it efficiently. As a busy family, I found the experience to be delightful. We had three holes 4x4 though 2 x8 inches and they would not patch those. So I assume by patching they mean nail holes. <br />"
