"We were pleased with the response and repair."

"I needed to have the steps to my deck replaced, along with the top cap on the railing. Rich rebuilt my steps and installed the railing in a morning. As I told him, the steps he installed are sturdier that the original steps on the deck when it was brand new. I've already asked him to give me an estimate on replacing railings and steps on my front porch. He shared some great ideas for improving the front porch and the overall look of the house based on the location and style of my home. I'm already thinking of other work that I've been procrastinating on because I couldn't find an individual/company I had confidence in. Also, the value Rich provides for the work done is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Flanagan Construction."

"Matt M. did the job quickly and well for a reasonable price. I would hire him again in the future."

"Very dependable keep lawn cut in timely manner"

"This worked out great. Richard followed up on my request right away and set up an appountment for the following day. He said to buy the locks I want (he made some brand recommmendations) and he would work with whatever choices I wanted. When he arrived I actually had additional locks I was hoping to install, along with a keypad lock and he not only had no problem with the change in plans but took the time to explain everything he was doing and why (some damage to the doors required a change of plans). He took his time, listened to my requests and did great work. Overall this was fast, friendly service and I felt his price was very fair. Would 100% use Richard again without hesitation."

"Great contractor! We hired Mr. Joseph to repair deteriorating front porch columns & renovate a wooden storm door. He made sound, knowledge based suggestions to replace the closers, hinges, & knob. The door was painted, rehung, and closes better than it has in years. We are very pleased with the results of the columns and door. He is a good communicator & responds quickly. We will definitely use again."

"My lock problem was diagnosed and repaired in a short period of time. Locksmith (Eric) was very helpful and explained the problem thoroughly. Exceptionally polite and profession. Should I have a lock problem in the future, would definitely call. Very satisfied."

"Tan the Handyman just redid my deck which was in total distress. They offered suggestions on how to salvage some of the old deck joists and railings saving me $$. The crew was efficient and explained everything they were doing. Felt totally at ease and the job was done at a good price point. My second experience with this group and still very pleased."

"Fantastic job. Removed it completely, without damaging parking space, and cleaned up perfectly."

"The customer service was amazing from the girl, Kelly who answered the phone and scheduled them to come out all the way to the maintenance person there. I appreciated their work and they fixed it fast.
