But, in addition, he is very friendly (you have the feeling you are working with a family member) and a knowledgeable advisor. He listened to what we said. He made good suggestions for the project. He is a very effective communicator, so we always knew what was happening. He really seems motivated to go a very good job. It was understood up front that his bid didn't include certain materials like the bathroom vanity, mirrors, sconces, tile, hardware, etc. He has liability insurance, but I didn't get proof of workersâ comp insurance, although I asked for a copy. Lior said that he gets it separately for each job and that his subs also carry workersâ comp. Fortunately, everything went fine, and we were very happy with the result."
