He told me about their Premium Solar Package which included several things: 1) a Multi-Point Inspection, 2) Monitoring of my Configuration, 3) Panel Washing, 4) providing a Solar Production Benchmark, and 5) Warranty Verification. I agreed that this was the package for me. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Israel, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing during his visit, and then proceeded to start inspecting and cleaning the panels. After he was finished doing his servicing, Israel took his time while thoroughly explaining his findings to me. It was exactly the information I was looking for to put me at peace of mind that every was working properly with my system. Additionally, he showed me before and after pictures of my solar panels so I could see how clean they were after his scrubbing of them. To say I was impressed with both the results and the friendly customer service would be an understatement! I thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their solar system cleaned, assessed, or repaired!"
