Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

Even with all their other projects within our neighborhood due to the storm damage they never missed a step and were organized, precise, and knowledgeable on every step of the process. During the design process we went through multiple iterations and color schemes changes before settling on our final design and Shane was there supporting and giving professional recommendations the entire time. "Currently, we are only in the planning stage, with actual work planned to begin once spring arrives. The bidding process went well, with all planning of all phases throughly covered in our negotiations. In all fairness to the other companies whom we approached, they all had solid reputations and vast experience in their field; but Bear Roofing was able to bid at a noticeably lower price. Bear’s lower price doesn’t reflect a use of cheaper materials or other cost cutting measures which should affect the quality of their work, but Bear Roofing had a lower apparent overhead and this was reflected in their bid to us. After the actual work has begun; and more importantly after the entire project has been completed, we will review how Bear Roofing followed through on their commitment to us, and how our faith in them played out."
