"The work was done in January and the weather was not cooperative so the installation took longer than anticipated. The workman were highly skilled and very careful as well as being nice people. There were two glitches. I had ordered that the door have the peephole lower than standard because I an so short and it came with the hole at the standard height. The door was reordered and replaced at no cost to me. A sliding glass door had scratches, very slight, on the exterior and the foreman was not happy. He said that would cause the material to deteriorate over time so that was replaced also at no cost to me. My original windows were a really cheap non-standard size installed by the builder in 1992. That window company went out of business the following year. Because I live in an HOA, the appearance of the windows must match the original thus making custom windows necessary and thus more expensive. I highly recommend this Company."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. "Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."
