"Everything went very smoothly. Rich worked with us to find a pre-finished hardwood floor that came close to the one he had put down for us approximately 10 years ago. Using the pre-finished floor cut down a lot of dust and cleanup. The hardwood was delivered as scheduled and the prep of the floor and stairs along with the laying of the hardwood surfaces was completed in one day. Another couple of days were required to stain and put the final coats of finish on the stairs. All was done on schedule. Everything looks great. The price came as estimated."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. "Interesting experience that I would not recommend. Representative on the phone told me that it was around $3/sq feet for their residential refinishing, $4/sq feet for a medium quality product, and $5/sq feet for commercial grade. I, of course, assumed that this is inclusive of all labor/equipment costs. Spoiler - it is not. The quote guy comes on a the weekend. He's polite. However, his quote comes out to be $4.85/sq feet for the cheapest option. When asked why this is 50% higher per sq feet, he tells me the factors that increased the price are: (1) apartments/ condo units are more expensive, (2) bc there is no parking, it's more expensive, (3) he is not sure but they may need to rent additional equipment, (4) there is approx 10 sq feet block that is highly worn down, which also adds to the higher cost, and (5) my wood is of a type that would take double as long. He said that if I wanted it cheaper, they have to use the cheapest finishing option, which they don't even include on their website... When I asked why I was not told this since the original rep asked about my condo unit and apartment building, he showed me an internal email. Basically, they quoted me $3/sq feet on the phone for residential option and then emailed internally that it would actually come out to be $4-6/sq feet... Those are the facts. I would have rather been told up front that $3/sq feet does not cover labor charges, parking, potentially renting equipment they need to refinish my floors. I would have blocked off Saturday morning to have different companies come and inspect/give me a quote."
