"It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"

They came and installed my skylights in one day on a steep pitched front roof. They did an excellent job of matching up the tiles they had to replace on my roof. "My neighbor had Waterman put a new roof on their house. I was able to watch it being done from my window. I did not see any of the workman take a break during the entire job. They came early, finished by about 1:00, cleaned up everything, and generally did a super job. I wrote down the name of the company and telephone number from the sign that was left on the the lawn. A short time after the roof was done, another neighbor happened to ask me if I knew anyone who did roofing. I told them about Watermark, and they hired them and were very satisfied. When the time came for me to need a roof, I hired Waterman. The man that came to my house helped me pick out a color that was similar to what I had.The shingles were put on in a weave pattern. The color and the weave is beautiful. They sent a big crew and the work got done quickly. The also did my shed to match the house, they fixed my chimney, and put in a fan from my bathroom to the outside that never got done when I had a new bathroom done. They checked my attic for mold since the bathroom. fan only went to the attic. I am extremely satisfied with the work and how nice everyone was, including the lady in the office.
