"He arrived a bit late, but replaced the garage door opener hardware with no problems in the estimated time. It has worked well since installation. While he was at the house, we purchased an exterior keypad, which he expected to be shipped to us the following week. It actually took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did, he made a special trip to bring it out and install it for no additional charge. We had expected him to just mail it to us. It was a good experience."
