"i could not have been happier with the service.  Jason Seales looked at the problem (I had begun removal of a large 60 foot pine tree next to my garage.  Although roped off and cut with my chain saw, the tree did not drop and looked as if it might fall in the wrong direction and hit the garage.  Jason provideed a firm estimate and returned the following morning to dispatch the tree....very successfully and professionally.
tWhile he was there I was so pleased I asked him to remove two additional trees requiring tremendous expertise in dropping them correctly...he completed both and I was very pleased with the total cost and the professionalism of Mr. Seales and his two helpers.

Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made.
