He was the only contractor that called back without being pushy and was extremely flexible with our time frame. We accepted his bid which was very reasonable on a Friday they started working on Saturday and the job was complete by Wednesday. Here is the scope of the project. 52' by 27' driveway removed and replaced with 52' by 34.5' Rebar Reinforced driveway 27' by 3' walkway removed And replaced with 27' by 4.5' Reinforced concrete 20' by 14' Rebar reinforced concrete Patio connecting walkway and existing patio with 4" riser retaining wall It looks amazing! "Wilson and crew did an excellent job planning, scheduling and completing my project. I had a stamped concrete patio extension and railroad ties front and back replaced. Multiple pathways were relined with landscape material, new rock was added, and old rock was removed and strategically relocated to different areas. There were retaining walls and tree well replacement. They went beyond their job in that a storm broke a tree limb mid project, in which they cut off and kindly removed for me. There were extra considerations to drainage areas, irrigation and buried lines. They attended numerous details in fine finishing out the project. The project looks beautiful, and adds value to my property. I had 4 estimates. Wilson was knowledgeable and instilled my confidence that he would do what I needed. He was half the price as another contractor, with equitable details and quality. Great job!"

"My husband told him repeatedly that we had a deadline and that a cargo container home would be put on it. When it came down to it he continued to tell us it would be no problem to get it done, but then by the time he got it done there were just 2 days until the house was supposed to be delivered, and we had to wait 5 days for the concrete to cure. As a result comment, the house could not be delivered and now we are into the 2nd week still trying to figure out when it can be delivered. Also, that put us behind with having the water hooked up the septic tank being could IN the electricity being put out there all because he did not pay attention to what the customer told him to do."

"These guys were incredible!   We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half.  Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly.  they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even.  they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers.  I would highly recommend them for a job well done.  Very professional and friendly.  they also cleaned the area after completing the job.
