Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."

"Everything OK, but his mannerism was a bit gruff for my liking.  Got the impression he didn't want to be bothered with this small of a job.  I also wish he had done some type of finish coat over the full surface of the porch deck.  The different coloration of the repaired areas are VERY obvious.  I would think something could have been done to mediate this."

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!

"Their price was the lowest of several bids and I was a bid skeptical, but Bryan (the owner) seemed very honest and responsive from that first meeting.  He did not try to pressure me into any decisions, but rather discussed my specific situation and tried to find the best solution for my budget.  The entire time he seemed open and receptive to my opinions. Once I decided to hire him for the job his crew was at my house within a week and the entire job took them three days.   They did show up a bit later than a typical contractor (around 9 or 10 am each day, but Bryan explained that this was because he takes his kids to school every morning). The only problem that I had was that the jack-hammering broke one of my old single pane basement windows, but we I brought it up to his crew foreman he immediately acknowledged that it was their fault and that it would be fixed before the job ended (which it was).  Brian also backed his work up with a transferable lifetime warranty just like any other company out there doing the same work for higher prices."

"Toni was very good to work with. He was quick in giving an estimate and did not try to oversell. He looked at our basement and came up with a solution that would work for us.
He was very nice to schedule together with our plumber so we did not have to dig into the basement floor twice.
While digging the inside trench he also took out an old fireplace and removed all the debris from it.
he came back to finish the floor drain after the plumber was done and poured concrete on his and the plumbers floor "job".
He filled in the cracks and agreed to add an additional one that we missed when getting the initial quote.
Cutting the window was a little more tricky and he had to come back to clean the corners for the window to be square.
Initially the sump pump waste line leaked but he came back out and fixed it immediately.
i would use him again. We did recommend him to friends who then ended up using him before he started the job at our place."
