They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a detailed description of the process involved. He gave me a brochure showing me pictures of some of their projects. The projects look like quality beautiful professional work.
My impression: the company is professional.   A few days following our meeting, Dan mailed me a very detailed, very informative written estimate of the step-by-step, actual work to be performed.

"It went very well, the crew looked very nice clean cut. I must say first impressions mean a lot to me. The estimator was very profesional and well mannered. When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. "The owner came by inspected my roof front and back. He replaced a couple of the shingles and said everything else was fine. He also advised me of what type of roofing materials to use in the future should I replace more of them in the future. very helpful."

"We have a garage that runs underneath the house. The three rooms that were over the garage were colder than the rest of the house. In October we had Retrofoam inject foam insulation in the ceiling of the garage , hoping that would help warm those rooms. Now that we have had cold weather, I really notice how much warmer those rooms are. They did a good job, and there was no mess to clean up."

"I fought and fought with my Insurance Company for over a year with no results. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I found Mr. Brown's company and called. I immediately received a phone call asking how he can help. I told him my situation with the roof and the Insurance he made an appointment with me within 24 hours and he was out to our house and up on the roof (himself) marking it and taking photos. He said there was major hail damage. He sat at my kitchen table while I called my Insurance Company. Once I received a claim adjuster Mr. Brown took over. I never again had to speak to the Insurance Company. I no longer had that stress of fighting for what was rightfully due me. This was not done in one phone call it took several and Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way. He did not stop! He finally got a settlement for me (which I was not able to due for a year) and we made a schedule to have the roof done. He scheduled a date - the date came the crew was there and Mr. Brown was on-site. He started his crew and then would come back and check in. His crew were professional and respectful and did a fantastic job. I had a roof repaired by another company on my first house many years ago and until the day I sold that house I was still picking up roof material out of the shrubs. NOT with this crew. I never found any material anywhere. The roof was installed and done in the time Mr. Brown said it would be and there was nothing for us to clean up. I can not recommend Mr. Brown and P & G Property Solutions enough. If it weren't for Mr. Brown I would have had to pay for my roof or....I may still be fighting to get it replaced. I highly recommend his company. Mr. Brown is a total professional and if he says he is going to do something it is done. There is no follow up on your part. It's done! I like that and you don't find that too much anymore. NOT related to the roof but.....after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Mr. Brown I found out he also installs carpet. You guessed it. He was hired. Again, the quality of work was unbelievable. The crew was professional did a wonderful job and no clean up! Mr. Brown was on site during that job as well. So Yes I give his Company and A+ and I have already proven I will use him whenever the need arises. You won't be sorry hiring him."
