"The person who answered the phone was friendly. I told that one of my gates on a fence that The Fence Co. had installed some years ago was sagging and I needed a service call. He insisted that I take a photo of the gate with my phone and email it to him before he scheduled the call so that, "they would know what to bring with them to be able to fix it." When I explained that I had never taken or emailed a phone photo, he explained how I might do that. I did figure out how to take and send the photo, and he promptly called me back. He explained that their minimum charge for a service call was $275.00 but that he could explain to me how to fix it myself and save the money---which he then tried to do. I find it disappointing that The Fence Co. does not have a reasonable scale of charges to provide repair services for customers who buy their product. It is their right not to, but I would not use them again to install a fence for me because of it, nor would i recommend them to someone on that bases. I have left their "The Fence Co. w/phone#" sign on my gate all these years, but it is coming off this weekend."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"I called Rob on Tuesday about fixing my electric fence and he was able to come to my house the next morning. He is super nice and professional. Fixed the electric fence quickly and took picture for me to show TWC where they had cut the electric fence wire. I would use him again if I ever had a problem with the electric fence. <br />"

John came right over to discuss our fencing options and provided a cost estimate for each. Installation was in stages as the property became ready.Ineach stage, John was able to accommodate us pretty quickly and showed up when he said he would as long as weather conditions permitted without excessive damage to the existing lawn. His method of driving posts seemed efficient and has lasted well according to others who have had this done. "This is a follow-up to an earlier review. A neighbor's landscape service damaged a few posts in the fence and I contacted Burcor to purchase some replacements. It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."

"Initially we liked the service.  However, after initial installation  they were to come back in early summer when the weather got better and cut the concrete where the fence wire crossed our driveway and sidewalk.  Then they were to push the wire into the cut and fill with driveway filler.  I called twice in the summer to remind them to come out.  Finally in September I called again and they did come out.  I wish I did not call the last time and just let the wires stay bear on top of the walk and drive. I do not think they wanted to come out because 1) they did not cut the concrete like they said and 2) they just slopped some concrete filler in the gap where the wire crosses.  Its not neat, it looks very bad like its was the first time the person ever used calking or filler.   <br /> Another incident is that the collar we have for our dog lost the two rubber covers for the contacts.  I called and they were to send out two more covers.  I never received them.   <br /> They seem to be focused 100% on sales and not post sales satisfaction. <br /> Based on not following through like they said at first and lack of quality in the final sidewalk and driveway work, I am very disappointed. <br />"
