And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "Jerry referred me to David who specializes in doors and windows. David came out to discuss the job and gave me advice about doors to choose and a price. He picked up the doors from the big box store and did a great job with installation. He did some extra work capping the wood frame with vinyl which improved the overall finished looked. I paid for the doors outright and just paid David for labor so I liked that arrangement. There was a slight problem with the door handle bumping up against the new storm so David went out and got me a replacement handle that worked great. Highly recommend for your door project."
