They set me up for 2 quote appointments. 1 of which was without follow-up correspondence for 2 days. The second, they messaged me 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to tell me they were running late due to another job. I had already made arrangements with my employer to leave early and left. That was May 10th. They never showed up and have not returned my correspondence (not answered calls, voicemails, or texts).
