"We had a serious water issue in our crawl space. This company was referred to me by a former city worker. I interviewed 5 companies and selected Smart Crawl as they offered us more for the dollar than other companies we received quotes from. They were several months out once we booked but stayed right with us on the timing and ended up getting to us two weeks ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with the entire operation, the install men were very good and very hard workers plus kept me informed during the 5-6 day repair. Once they started work they worked 8-9 hours a day pretty much non stop.The owner and office manager were also very efficient, professional and kept us totally informed. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. They installed french drains, added a sump pump, de humidifer, mold spray, drainage mat and heavy duty liner ,total encapsalation and a turtle enclosure. "Fabulous! Matt, the owner, was helpful and professional in suggesting the right windows, and was not a high-pressure salesman, as we experienced from some other companies (and did not like). The windows, which are beautiful and preserve the look of the house, were installed ahead of schedule and done with precision and care by Kevin and his assistant. Matt frequently checked in to make sure everything was going ok, and made sure that we were satisfied. We changed our minds about wanting some interior molding that was in the contract, and Matt quickly took out that cost. Later, we decided to add some additional work around the door frame, which Kevin was able to do quickly. We still ended up paying less than the original estimate. This is a terrific company, with quality products and excellent workmanship."
