We ended up choosing engineered hardwood. Carlo was great. -Thomas and the demolition and installation crew were just excellent. Significant demo to remove old hardwoods and replace entire subfloor, they did a great job. Installation was great, down to cleaning the floor in great detail and very attentive placing of furniture after the job was complete. -Wallace and the stairway replacement/stain match were also great. Reviewed samples of different stain match options, and again the execution was excellent. The stairs look so good we are likely to not put in the runner we had planned. -They also did a great job working with our schedule as we were involved in other internal renovations. We had to make a shift in timing, they were able to accomodate this and fit in our schedule perfectly. I would recommend anyone considering a floor project to contact Carlo and his team. Great help from knowledge and selection through execution."

"I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as "after lunch" with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all. Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my "hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater" question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the "why" behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner. In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour. A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future."
