"I really enjoyed working on creating my concert pathway and my patio re-sealing projects with the staff at Funscapes and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in doing a project. My project was completed timely and it came out perfectly beautiful. I have received so many compliments from my neighbors who really love the pathway and how it turned out. I thought my stamped patio needed to be stained however we talked about resealing which is what they did and it looks brand new. This is a great company and everyone is very honest. "LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

Their operations manager was at my home at 11am the next day and was able to give me a proposal in writing for the project before he left. The work commenced three days later. The installers did a fantastic job of removing my pinestraw, installing metal edging and putting down mulch. They even added extra areas without charge that were not including in the proposal! From beginning to end, everyone with whom I interacted from Earthscape was lovely: kind, professional and happy to be doing the job...the kind of people I would love to have as neighbors. I cannot recommend The Earthscape Company highly enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors that have projects Earthscape could do. Would that everyone that provides in-person services were so fantastic!"

"I needed help with some shrub removal and planting in my front landscape, and got several quotes. I already had the plants, soil, fertilizer, and materials needed, but am not physically able to dig by myself. I had a means of disposing of the removed materials, so there was no haul-away included. Along with the planting, I needed to have a decorative stone wall repaired because it was starting to lean. Again, labor only. I was looking for a company that could do both. The bids for the planting work, which was straightforward and simple labor, were in the range of $400, except for New East Landscapes. Their price was much higher for the planting work, but they assured me they could do the planting within a couple of days and also repair the stone wall within 2 weeks for what seemed to be a very fair additional price. Because they seemed to know exactly what to do with the wall, and showed pictures of other projects they had done, I decided to pay the higher price so I could have one company complete both tasks. They emailed written quotes for the work, which I signed and returned. They told me the time they would come to do the planting work on Sunday, a couple of days later. The work on the wall would be done when they could fit it in, but within two weeks. On Sunday April 9, they arrived more than an hour late, so late that I was concerned they weren't coming. They did the planting work which took them less than 1.75 hours to complete. They clearly knew their plants, placed them where I asked, and the work was competent, but this job did not actually require 3 workers, which is what they brought. I paid them for that work and asked to schedule the wall repair. Xavier told me he would call me to schedule the time within two weeks and would find out the cost of a few stones that were needed to support the wall. He never called me back. I attempted to follow up with them by several phone calls, which went to voicemail that was not accepting messages. Also sent text messages and email. No response of any kind from them, and it has now been a month since they promised to return to complete the work. The wall is looking increasingly unstable and the work still needs to be done."

"If there was any company that deserved a sixth star its Crown Construction. I'm over 60 and my experience was like something from 40 years ago. Honest, courteous, reasonable and professional. The bid for the work was fair, they accommodated changes with reasonable additional costs. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, reasonable, and honest company."
