However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

Once we made our decision, he sent us a detailed estimate. When we accepted the proposal and arranged a date, he came back and covered all the attic contents with tarps, protecting them from debris. The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. The guy who came to do the estimate was very honest and told us that we had another 4 or 5 years left on the whole roof if we just wanted to get the addition done now. I feel he could have pushed for the whole roof, but he didn't and we appreciated that. He provided a detailed estimate and communicated well throughout the process. He was great at helping id work that needed to be done and showed me where and why. That included work that they could not do, particularly alerting me to roof issues. The crew put in a lot of hours and did great work, including painting the repaired areas and clean up. Where possible they used pvc materials for longevity. Definitely plan on using them again and have recommended to friends."

He thoroughly explained the issue I was having with my roof and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He also noticed other beginning issues with the roof, like nails lifting, boots becoming dislodged and sealant issues. I also mentioned to him there was a tremendous amount of water over flowing above one gutters in heavy rain in one location as my roof pitch is steep with multiple roof angles in this area.
