"I just wanted to come in here and say working with Precise Remodeling and Design and Michael was honestly such a nice experience. I’ve had a couple bad experiences in the past with other contractors so I was super nervous going into this, AGAIN, but this time everything went so smooth. Me and my husband remodeled our kitchen: new floors, added this really pretty white oak tone that completely brightened up the space, and Michael helped me pick a backsplash that actually tied everything together (we went with this light gray subway tile and it looks amazing). He also gave me some ideas for the lighting layout and even the little details like under cabinet lighting that I didn’t even think about. The crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the whole process was so easy. It’s honestly the first time I’ve done a remodel and didn’t feel stressed lol. We totally gutted and renovated a large bathroom , guest bathroom , replacement of flooring I closet, master bathroom, master bedroom, study and stairs, repair of ceiling leak and painting. Yaniv has a pleasant , unshakeable demeanor and is a pleasure to do business with. If thereâ s an issue he deals with it promptly. His trades team do excellent work from the tiling to vanities, fixtures and flooring. We were 100% satisfied with the final result. And have had numerous compliments on his work. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. "Communication w/MNM remodeling is nearly impossible. 2 yrs ago, we had our roof redone by MNM. This year we decided to upgrade to Solar power, thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed MNM production dept also texted the owner/Amir; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced. Via text 3/15 Amir said he would check when he's in the office 3/17. No response! My husband followed that with a voicemail & email; text to Amir 3/17 & 3/18. 3/18; he received a text from Amir he would check on it the next morning. That was the last he heard from anyone at MNM. We got the info by contacting the subcontractor of MNM who did the roof work. The lack of response is absurd & unacceptable for a paying customer who never received the written warranty. I can?t recommend this company."

"Working with Pine Tree Design & Construction, we have been impressed with their level of professionalism, communication, and timeliness. Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. More than anything, Nicole & Oren treated my parents & I like family. They were patient and made sure to work with my parents on pricing and really spent time going over contracts and questions.
