His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. We were very impressed with Christian Cornejo and his team as it was evident that they were skilled professionals. We were, in fact, so impressed with Cornejo Landscaping that we then hired them to replace our ugly old broken concrete driveway with beautiful tumbled stone pavers surrounded by DG and California Gold. We collaborated with Christian on the driveway layout and he provided excellent guidance on the design and presented cost saving options to work with our budget. "Kaster at Permagreen is simply awesome. Where do I begin... First there was a leak in our backyard that constantly drenched parts of it for good 9+ months and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. When i called permagreen and informed then of the problem we were having, they came out quickly and dug holes in the ground to determine that the water was coming from the house behind us. We were able to contact the neighbor and fix the overwatering problem quickly. We also had permagreen plant several trees along our wall in the backyard to provide us with much needed privacy and they did an awesome job. The crew ran a new sprinkler line and planted 10+ large beautiful trees along our backyard walls at a price we didn't think was possible. Lastly, they were also able to do a quick demolition of large concrete slab when we decided to remove it in the middle of them planting trees. We will definitely be using them again in the near future for our landscape/hardscape needs. We simply can't recommend them enough. If you need someone honest and knowledgeable in any and all landscaping work, give kaster at permagreen a call!"

"We cannot say enough positive things about 24 KT Green and their owner, Tom Hollow. From our initial consultation, Tom was pleasure to work with. He was always on-time for our appointments and once work commenced, he kept us up to date on the schedule. When an unforeseen problem occurred related to tree roots obstructing a yard drain, he clearly explained the problem, his recommended solution and, upon our approval, took care of the issue. I appreciated his collaborative approach to the landscape design. He laid out a wonderful garden plan which incorporated my preferences. He clearly listened to my ideas and vision. He also treats his workers with respect, and they were highly professional. They cleaned up the yard everyday before they left and they did not attempt to do "short cuts" to save time. They did the job right the first time. I look forward to continuing to use 24 KT Green as we upgrade our landscaping in the future. On a scale of 1-10, they were a 15."
