They also replaced/ repaired a section of my floor and matched the color and finish perfectly! They also refinished my wood stairs and railings. "I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good."
