"Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. "Erik was a good salesman and his workers did a good job demoing the old roof and putting on the new one. Erik was always available via text or phone if we had any concerns. The only issue we had was the clean up. We found a lot of debris from the demolition behind our garage. Apparently, they did not bother to check there. They did a pretty good job around the house though. Erik had is workers clean up debris that got into our stove hood (pieces of wood had gotten into the fan area). Overall, we were pleased at the job performed."
