"I had an excellent experience with Kevin Cervantes at Real Handy Handyman. I made an inquiry through Angie's list for a handyman who could either repair or replace my sliding screen door leading to my patio. Kevin called me right away. He said that he would like to look at the screen door first to see if he could repair it to save me money. Kevin came over on the scheduled date right on time. He looked at the screen and made some calls to see if he could find parts for it but ultimately decided it would be better to replace the screen door, which was also my preference. David arranged for a screen company to come out and measure and install a new screen door. He did not even charge me for his time and labor even though I offered to pay him. Kevin is thoughtful and meticulous. I know that I can trust him to do quality work whenever I need anything done."

"I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"was very pleasant and knew what I needed to repair my sliding patio door. did the job quickly and the door works great now."

"I'm a landlord in the East Bay and Richard is my go-to guy whenever any repairs are needed. He is such a professional. Always shows up exactly on time, gives a free quote and always honors the quote. No funny business. He works very efficiently and does a good job. I find his rates to be very reasonable. He is also just a trustworthy individual who tries to do the right thing and tries to help you spend your money wisely. For example, he's saved me money multiple times (and thus reduced his own paycheck) by explaining to me when things didn't actually need repair/replacement. He's also honest about when a licensed electrician or plumber etc should do the project. I'm so happy I found Richard on Angie's list and recommend him 100%."

"I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."

"It went great! My door couldn’t move at all and now it’s sliding better than it ever has! I most definitely recommend there services !"

"

Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"Alejandro and Oscar were very helpful and professional with their work. They installed my new Formica countertop and installed a new sink to replace my old broken sink. My water lines and shutoff were getting older and worn out so they recommended changing them out as well. Will be using them again for any work needed around the house."
