They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They are not from this area but I am sure glad they traveled to get the job done."

Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website.
