"The job was fairly complicated, as it was above a garage, and I had a roofer remove the peaked roof from the garage and install a flat roof. Gino knew that the garage structure itself wouldn't support a heavier composite deck, so he coordinated with the roofer to set the posts for the deck in concrete inside the garage, and run them up through the flat roof as it was being built, so that the rubber roofing could be sealed around them. He also planned out the deck in such a way so that we can later extended it farther out, over to the house. Gino guided me through the process of getting the building permit, and gave me all the info I needed for that. Their price was much better than quotes I had obtained from other people, and they did a much better job too."
