"Mr. Moore is highly qualified and professional. He installed a concrete patio with a brick border for me and I am extremely satisfied. I wanted a patio but I did not know exactly how I wanted it to look. Mr. Moore did a fantastic job - and because of his suggestions, I was able to decide on the style. Mr. Moore has a very positive attitude and completed the job on schedule, even though my timeline was very tight. My patio needed to be completed within two to three weeks, and he delivered as he said he would. He and his staff are honest, courteous, hard working, reliable, and do more than what is required of them. He is pleasant and will do whatever he can to make sure you are satisfied. "John Adams was coureous, professional, and did an excellent job.  He was able to succefully get stains out of hard surfaces such as concrete as well as more fragile areas around doors and windows. <br /> I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time. <br /> We were pleased with the results.  Excellent!  I will certainly plan to use his services in the future. <br />"

"The Holderby Brothers run a good business and they seek long-term relationships with homeowners.  This is a good approach and results in a better understanding of the needs of the client.  In my case, I have had them do "handy" work like handing new lights, installing custom chair rails and wainscoting, as well as larger projects like my Stacked Stone custom wall.  They come out a walk the space, which is a process for homeowner to present vision and needs, budget, etc.  Then they provide a written quote with materials, labor and price.  Be sure to ask for separate quotes if you have them look at multiple projects in same visit.  I liked this approach because I was able to prioritize and budget for each project and then decide which ones to start and when. <br /> They are very low-pressure, and will offer flexibility to allow you to bring your own products or have them procure the materials. One example of this was in doing the concrete backer drywall for my wall.  They recommended that, and the result is a sturdier installation!  The owners are very involved, if they use full-time workers or if the special need is to bring in a sub-contractor.   <br /> They are very comfortable with current technology...you can sign things electronically, get receipts to your email, send photos of your desired look (i used a lot of pinterest photos,,,haha), and have an office staff that is available and responsive. <br /> Overall, great company. <br />"

"I'm very big on contractor's responsiveness, punctuality, and complete attention to details. We had a few other estimates who came in much cheaper but the process of getting the estimate took forever with me constantly following up phone calls. Couple of contractors finally gave me an estimate but disappeared when i said and quot;when can you start?and quot; <br /> I then Joined Angie list and found Ace. I called left a message and a day later got a call back from Greg apologizing for not getting back to me earlier...what a concept? from the initial steps Greg was responsive, detailed and on time with every promise he made. Although the quote I received was high but I knew I was working with a person I could count on. We met at the propety a walked through the details the following weekend and of course he was onetime again. The work was to begin on Wednesday of that week, and on that day I began to receive emails from Greg with pictures of my property and the work in progress. For the next two days pictures and explanantioon on what was happening continued. I got back to the property on Friday evening and found the work to be completed, and the work site neatly cleaned. I and very proud of the work that was done and very happy to have asked Greg and the ACE team to have worked on my property."
