"I wish this platform allowed me to post video or photos, because the work done by DGS on the home we purchased from them showcases work that is mind blowing lay bad and suggests cover ups. It was a flip sold by Melissa Murillo, wife to Jose Murillo, and partner in ownership of DGS. Our entire basement began flooding immediately. I had to demo an entire 700 sq ft room that appeared completely remodeled with new drywall and flooring. Behind it, dry rot that professionals at the Water Group confirmed are old and absolutely had to have been walked in by DGS. In addition, they walled in live circuits, which is an obvious fire hazard. In a text message, Melissa Murillo claimed that their project manager, Alejandro said they did not do the drywall. Funny thing about drywall, it contains manufactured, date stamps, and in this case, those date stamps show the drywall was manufactured nearly 2 months after DGS took control of the property. "I called and asked for an annual gutter cleaning. I was charged for the cleaning I recieved in 2022 with the same photos for January 2023. I had to send in my own pictures as proof that my roof was never cleaned. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. I never recieved an apology for being sent a bill for completed service. The service was rescheduled and completed without any good loyalty to customer, and once again charged me full price."
