"Start to finish Courtesy Roofing was attentive, honest and committed to my project making me happy. This was a total roof replacement. There were several bumps along the way that were totally out of their hands, but they worked with the city to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Our project was delayed, but again -- due to no fault of Courtesy Roofing. Curtis, who had given us our estimate, was always there for us, even when a project manager came on board who had to be dismissed from the company. Curtis solved every single problem we had, and stayed on top of the project beginning to end. The company, and Curtis himself, reflect professionalism, integrity and a commitment to quality. Every detail from the type of "paper" that they use to seal the roof down to painting the flashing to match our house was handled like it was his own house. Now let me tell you about the two men who actually put the tile on the roof. Juan and Giovanni, a father and son, were committed to making my house watertight and attractive. I'm an artist, so I'm really picky about color. The roofing tile was comprised of 3 different colors, and many roofers will be careless and clump the colors together. This gives a look of a camouflage roof, which frankly, looks very ugly. I took a chance and hit the jackpot with these two men. They were so careful NOT to clump the colors, and the result was SO beautiful!! They even came on Saturday to finish the job because they didn't want anyone else in the company to work on the roof who didn't have the same level of expertise! Curtis even took the time to tell me there was a problem with the solar panels another company installed after the roof was finished. This company went out of their way to make my experience with them positive. I highly recommend them. I am unsure of how the cost compared to other companies, but you know what? You get what you pay for! I'm totally pleased with my new roof. :)"

"If you want a professional job done on your roof, then hire this company. Maynor , the owner worked with me to get a price within my budget. The job was a concrete tile re-roof. Martin and his crew were very friendly and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Martin is very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. The wood rot was identified and well replaced. He did not try to gouge me for something I didn't need. The tiles were all replaced very straight and each tile was nailed. I can't say enough good things about Maynor, Martin and his crew. Even though the cost was within my budget, I paid a little more than I wanted but in this case I got what I paid for...a well repaired roof that will last for many years to come. Hire this company for your rooting needs."
