"I hired this company to install a decorative chip coating system on my garage floor and patio for $4,836. Unfortunately, the finished surface has multiple irregularities, including areas where excessive topcoat was applied and an inconsistent finish across portions of the floor. When I contacted the owner about the problem, he acknowledged that too much topcoat had been applied and indicated that it should be corrected. However, despite numerous follow-ups over several months, I have never been given a firm date for the repair work. During phone conversations I was told that the company was busy completing large projects at a church and a gym, and that was given as the reason the repair could not be scheduled. At this point the issue remains unresolved even though the defect was acknowledged. Because my attempts to resolve this directly have not resulted in a repair, I have submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the Tennessee Consumer Protection Division. "

"Went good for a about 4 days he was paid in full and had a crew there. But when the bill was paid in full he only had about one day and a half left for his crew . 2 people showed up next day didn’t do much, and never came back. He was supposed to send information so I could send out 1099 . Wouldn’t and wouldn’t finish the job. So I am talking to the city about him doing work without a license and beating the city and state on taxes.. he is a crook... he was to finish all demo. Put in load bearing beam after the took out the load bearing wall . Was not installed properly. Left screws hanging out of the beam.. left the trash out back. Left most old duck work still in. Had to have someone else remove it and finish his work."

"He didn?t do the worst job in the world, but he left much to be desired. Didn?t prep the floor correctly, lots of uneven colors, left clear coat spatter on the walls and footprints on the driveway, didn?t leave a smooth surface on the edges of the floor going up the wall, put to much clear coat in some areas ( very slippery), uneven clear coat ( looks funny) didn?t tape the trim which is covered in flakes, lets a lot of flakes everywhere. He was supposed to come and fix it but no-showed me twice. The name of this company should be changed from ??..Quality Epoxy? to ? ??.I?m Still Learning Epoxy?"
