"I had 3 contractors give me estimates and Joe's was the lowest and most thorough. I was nervous taking the lowest bid, but I knew exactly what was being replaced and how much he was charging. When I got the bill, it was for exactly the same amount as our agreement. They got it done in 1 day, where the next contractor said it would take 2-3 days. Joe's crew said they would arrive between 7:30am - 8:00am and got there at 7:32am and were up on the roof just a few minutes later attaching the tarps and pulling off the shingles. They didn't stop until 6 pm when the last nail and scrap of roofing felt was picked up. I couldn't be more impressed. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "
