Working with William Mackay roofing was a great experience.  I knew from my home inspection that I needed to have a membrane sealed on my roof. Ben Mackay shared information on how to maintain my roof.  I'm a new homeowner and I bought a well-maintained house that is almost a century old. He shared info on the difference between newly constructed roofs and the materials used, and roofs like mine.  Bill managed the job.

I paid a fair price but more importantly, I know that I can call them and they will do a great job.  They also stand behind their work. Family owned businesses are important - they rely on word of mouth and repeat business.  Highly recommend.

They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly.
