"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

"John handled our aluminum fence install without delay. He walked the line with us first, made sure the layout matched what we wanted, and started right away. The panels went in clean, no gaps or uneven spots. He stayed on task and worked through until it was done. No talking in circles, no delays. The fence looks tight and secure. Glad we picked this crew."

"Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. We truly enjoy our new privacy but the new porch you built put the entire job over the top, it has changed the entire front of our house. Both jobs have received nothing but rave reviews from our neighbors, friends and family. The installation team was always friendly and courteous. We would like to thank Colin for putting out the extra effort to ensure we were completely satisfied and to especially note Petes work on the porch. Again Thank You."

"Manny was great and was a reliable contractor working on a large fence restoration. He was timely to arrive each morning and painted my fence quickly and better than my neighbors and at a lower price. He paid attention to detail and was an honest contractor. When he had problems, he communicated it to me quickly and gave me ample time to try and find a resolution. Would use again."

"All work was done beautifully. Other than the fact that I need to paint the area, you can't tell there was ever cracks in the wall or seams. Work was performed diligently and professionally. Tarps were put down and the area was thoroughly cleans upon completion. This is my second time using their services, but for a different type of repair. Will definitely be using their services again. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Plus, the owners are good to work with and very accommodating."

"In general, they performed the work in the contract, so that was good. My only disappointment was that there are different types of deck waterproofing and sealing, and (in retrospect) I wish they had been a little more 'consultative' in the pre-sales phase, explaining the options to me so that I could make an educated decision on the choice of sealant and color. After the job was performed they did call me to discuss the minor concerns I raised. That conversation was very helpful, and I appreciate their concern about my satisfaction. My only suggestion to Mel is to have that conversation BEFORE the job to manage the customer's expectations."

"INCREDIBLE! I really appreciated the candor from the team, they helped me save money by not over investing in subpar products or in areas that didn't need the investment. They also did a great job of being economical when asking that I increase the budget to allow for better paint, for example. Most importantly, the team worked quickly and responsively. We needed the area finished before new furniture arrived in time for thanksgiving. The teams arrived on time (early on some days) and worked efficiently to get the job done. I'm going to use them again when we paint our other areas.

"The repair work performed was outstanding! The team was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I was most impressed with their attention to detail, expertise, and quality of work. EA Roofing and Siding LLC kept me properly informed as they completed each phase of the job. All work was done in a timely manner--on target! In addition, I received prompt and courtesy phone calls with opportunities to discuss material grades and color matching. This is a “First Class” company and thus I give them my highest seal of approval for a job well done!!!"

"Deck Cetera was one of three deck builders I had contacted for estimates. The company representative was punctual, professional and well informed answering all of my questions directly. There was no sales pitch or high pressure tactics employed and a formal, signed written proposal was provided prior to his departure. This was in stark contrast to the the other two companies which were vague and appeared disinterested unless I was willing to sign a contract there and then. After reviewing my options and the proposal, I selected Deck Cetera. A couple of weeks later permits were acquired and work began. The folks doing the work were very polite, considerate professional and very hard working. It took two days to tear the old deck down and three days to put the new one up. Overall size was 12' x 34'. The deck is well built and looks fantastic. If this deck is an example of their work in other areas then I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.  "
