"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

The price was MUCH lower than the previous company and the good rapport we had (and his credentials and knowledge/years in the fencing business) made me lean more towards hiring him than the other 3 companies. "Queen City Pressure Washing built my front porch/deck working with local building inspector from pre-build approval through final product at a cost of 40% what another local contractor quoted me and that was using over 50% composite instead of all treated wood which what was the other contractor's plan . The lead man on the job was very personable and showed me several times details of how strong the deck would be engineered with support beyond standard requirements .  We are very happy with both the appearance of the deck and how solid it is now 14 months after completion.
