"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

Rather than try and sell me Marty suggested I give it a few months to see if it was still shifting since I had had tuckpointing recently done. Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!
