"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work of Prince Roofing on our home. They scraped, cleaned, and painted our box gutters and also repaired other issues on the roof. We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. Prince Roofing is right up there with the best contractors we have had. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This included not only the gutters but flashing around chimney, loose roof tiles, and raised seems on ridging. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done. Mr. Prince was very clear as to exactly what was needed and the work to be completed. This included an itemized estimated of the labor and supplies. Besides the great work, Prince and workers are also very friendly, neat (no mess around the house afterwards), and detailed oriented. I am happy we had Prince Roofing do the job!"

"I was contacted quickly and an appointment to inspect the roof was immediately set up. The crew came in a few days and finished the entire project in a single day."

"Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"

"They were timely and left the area clean. They used up graded material from what was on the roof."

"It went very well, Stephen Collier the sales rep was very nice. He knew exactly what we wanted done. The install team was great! They had it torn off in no time. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Advantage Roofing is outstanding! From the office contacts to the roofing work done, all was excellent. They were very professional, courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Tim--he really cares about quality of work. My experience and the repairs were exceptional. I highly recommend Advantage Roofing."

"I wanted to comment on Integrity 1st Roofing. On 4/1/19, Shaun came to my home to inspect my roof and give me a bid on a replacement. He was a true professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and explained each step that would be taken during the replacement. The communication from Carolyn in the office was also exceptional. She sent additional information I requested to aid in my decision and checked several times to ensure I had received it. A pleasurable experience all around. I would have no problem recommending this company to family and friends looking for a roofing estimate."

"Recently I called Carmel exteriors to fix my old roof that was badly in need of repair. They shingled the angled roof and repaired the sunken flat roof with new wood and it only took a couple of days! Honestly we couldn't be happier! Our home looks great, and even better now with knowing that our roof was replaced correctly!"
