My first experience with them was when their manager Curtis came to our house and inspected the roof for hours, not knowing if we will give them the contract or not. This just shows they really care about the customer needs and painstakingly try to identify any issues. Their crew was also very polite and cordial and worked non-stop. At every step of the roofing process, they shared pictures to show the updates. At the end of the job, the local head Ron, himself, came to inspect the roof. And this again shows that the whole company seems to be behind their work. They were also kind to provide the best warranty for the work. I am actually having them now do our gutters covers.
