"The owner worked with me while I dealt with a trouble some association, he even gave his opion on the plans to the board to pass approval. My yard is 8 mo old now and is still is doing great. I just whated an almost maintance free yard and thats what it is. The plants and trees are still healthy and growing. Concrete is still in good shape but I wish I had notice a gap under one corner of the slab before signing off. Although it could be just the ground sinking from water."
