"see if the roof needed to be fixed or another issue was causing this. I was promised a technician would be there within 2 days. A week past and nobody showed up. My calls were forwarded to voicemail and my texts were ignored. This has been going on since shortly after the roof was installed. Last week, I finally got the owner, Rudin, on the phone and he explained a tech had come but no one was present so he left. I explained that the date he said a tech came, had no evidence of that on the security footage. He was surprised... He then personally promised to be there in the next 2 days. Well, we are past that promised time frame once again and the roof continues to leak, sheet rock is more damaged, and they have not even come out once to at least look at it. I was mislead by the information provided about their company and time in business. The company was only set up 2 years ago, not 19 like they advertise, and both owners are in their mid 30's at best. That does not discount their ability, but it does question being in business for 19 years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Companies like this will pop up, do a large number of subpar jobs, and then disappear and reopen under a different name only to repeat the cycle."
