"We had started to get water coming in from the foundation of our basement. Sean had come to our home to give us our best option and estimate of what work they would end up doing. Overall it seemed like the best choice, and sure enough, it was. We had french indoor drains installed in our basement, along with an updated sump pump with a battery backup incase of power outages. Ever since this was completed, we've had no issues, and our basement is fully dry. It only took a few days to complete, and they did a great overall job!"

"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"I bought my house in 5/2016. Since then the house has developed sever draining issues and flooded several times in a non flood zone during heavy rain. I put in a Sub pump and it couldnt keep up with heavy rain. Mike was very quick to set up an estimate once he got the lead. He understood the full scope of the issue and took the time to get everything i needed. Mike and his team scheduled the job quickly, worked efficiently and completed the job same day. The price was great and when curveballs were there during the job they handled them too The drainage is not 100% fixed but what they did made it 95% better. Itll be a while until i stop freaking out when i hear the word "Rain" and i still monitor drainage during rain. It has only rained twice since the work was done. "Over the past 5 years, Joseph and Sons completed several projects for us. These projects include demolishing and replacing cement front steps, adding a portico over the front steps and adding a wet laid natural thermal bluestone front walk. Angelo also completed a gravity drainage system from the sump hole in the basement to the storm drain in the street. Our sump pump has not run since then (almost 5 years). Most recently Angelo has put in a storm water drainage system which connects into the town storm drain system to prevent large amounts of ice from forming on our driveway and street.
