"see if the roof needed to be fixed or another issue was causing this. I was promised a technician would be there within 2 days. A week past and nobody showed up. My calls were forwarded to voicemail and my texts were ignored. This has been going on since shortly after the roof was installed. Last week, I finally got the owner, Rudin, on the phone and he explained a tech had come but no one was present so he left. I explained that the date he said a tech came, had no evidence of that on the security footage. He was surprised... He then personally promised to be there in the next 2 days. Well, we are past that promised time frame once again and the roof continues to leak, sheet rock is more damaged, and they have not even come out once to at least look at it. I was mislead by the information provided about their company and time in business. The company was only set up 2 years ago, not 19 like they advertise, and both owners are in their mid 30's at best. That does not discount their ability, but it does question being in business for 19 years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Companies like this will pop up, do a large number of subpar jobs, and then disappear and reopen under a different name only to repeat the cycle."

We paid $12,000 in total, believing we were investing in peace of mind and protection for our home. Just a few months later, the roof started leaking again. Every time it rains, water comes in. We reached out to them repeatedly, and at first, they said someone would come fix it?but they delayed, and the repair was sloppy. Since then, they have completely ignored our calls and messages. This has caused us so much stress and sadness. We are a young couple trying to build a life, and after spending our savings, we?re still living with buckets and wet ceilings. I?ve cried more times than I can count. Do NOT trust this company. They do not honor their warranty, and their workmanship is terrible. I hope this review saves another family from going through what we did."

We needed some repairs to our leaky roof. Skyhi gave us a quote and walked us through the whole process. Their work is impeccable. Now I see why all their customers give them such high marks. They did a fantastic job! Their recommendations on the roof saved us a lot of money. They are well worth the investment! They were extremely professional and did really great work on our house."

"My experience was wonderful. This is a family owned company, they do great work and are honest, which is not the case with many other contractors that provide estimates. We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. We arranged the appointment with his brother, in the office and the workmen that came were respectful and took pride in their work. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company. Very Happy! Thank you"

I almost went with someone a lot cheaper, but Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and discussed things about the deck repair that the other contractor didn’t. I was impressed and I trusted that Johnny would do right by me. I told myself, you get what you pay for and I decided to go with Johnny… I’m glad I did! Johnny and Tim showed up onsite promptly and began working immediately. Everything that he said he would do he did (Deck Reinforcements and Paint). My deck looks beautiful again.
